"Excellent. VERY impressed! I've been through remodeling before but nothing this good from start to finish! Discussed my ideas, had blueprints, signed contract and we were off and running. Any/all questions I had were addressed, suggestions offered, changes implemented. Communication was great - Jessie handles all scheduling and ensures that the right contractors and/or supplies were here as needed. If I had any questions or concerns I would email, call or text her and she handled everything! They put a lock box on the house so they could come and go as needed. I always felt very comfortable leaving the house at any time while their crews were working here - they would lock up when they left. I am just really impressed by how easy this process was and how REALLY nice the basement turned out! I've heard lots of horror stories and met people in the stores when I was picking out finishes that had hired contractors that had been working for over a year on their project and still weren't done! I have neighbors who were watching the progress by what contractor was here - these neighbors are project managers and they were extremely impressed by the organization and scheduling! They have just come over for a tour and were extremely impressed over the quality of work and the timeframe in which it was completed! Joseph Hannah Sr will come out and take a look at your "vision" then he will come back within 2 weeks with costs and a blueprint - all free. They beat the industry standards on costs, normally finish projects within 8 weeks and have tons of awards and recognition for the job they do! The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems."

"This was a complete rebuild. My 1970s style bathroom complete with carpet was replaced. Bathtub and a wall removed, new custom shower, new flooring, new wall tile, new lights, baseboards and some drywall work. How did it go? Slightly below budget, on time, absolutely perfect worksmanship. I've had decks, kitchens, staircases and now 3 bathrooms remodeled in the last few years. Tom is the best contractor I've hired and a really nice guy, he really knows what he is doing. If you get a bid that is slightly lower than Toms, skip it and go with Tom, you won't have to worry about how it will turn out."
