He's extremely capable; has very good solutions (even ones I never even considered!); he's honest; he's hard working; he's very reasonable in price; and he desires always to do quality work. If only EVERY contractor or handyman could be like Dwight! Because of all of his well deserved 5 stars in Home Advisor, he does get a little busy at times (of course!). But, for me, he'd go the extra mile above and way beyond my expectations to get work squeezed into his schedule and even came over late several nights to get work done I had to have done within my time schedule. If I could, I'd give him 6 stars. All well earned!"

"I had 4 decks that were approx all the same size. Were 20 yrs odd and original wood. I chatted with Cid to see options. He checked them out and had two options ... Sand and Seal or replace the top decking. We were looking for a long term solution so we choose the replacement. Cid helped guide us to the right material and we choose Timbertech with no breaks which meant 18' lengths. Quick, efficient, total cleanup. The workers who power washed, prepped, and re-stained our deck were knowledgeable, professional, and consistently demonstrated their commitment to us as customers. The weather was often too hot or too rainy and it messed with the schedule, but we were promptly updated. You tell the quality of a work team by how they interact with each other. "This is the second project where I had worked with Jim and his crew, and I highly recommend their work and professionalism. Jim has great communication about the project timeline and takes time to check in along the way to ensure that the work was progressing as we had envisioned. Any changes (on my part) was handled with utmost attention and Jim was very good about providing alternate ideas as well as educating us on the added time to the project. We absolutely love our new metal deck railing and the updated Trex stairs and fascia boards makes this a truly maintenance free deck. I would certainly work with Jim for any future projects."
