The gentlemen who installed the unit were very professional and courteous. They were concerned about maintaining their work area clean and keeping me informed on what they were doing and why. I would certainly recommend this company. Marty was able to answer some questions on other things I wanted to have done. This is an honest and fair company who I believe treats their customers fairly! I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service! Showed up earlier than expected and taught ME how to put in a new filter, which I have been searching and searching months to find!! Not to mention, he taught me about my electrostatic washable filter!!! I have never had a furnace in my life so all this information was SUPER helpful! Thanks!!!

We took many bids. Marty offered the best quote on a full Carrier furnace and ac. He even offered 5 year financing through Wells Fargo. They did the job quickly in two days. We had a concern about the way the system was running. They came back the next day and fixed the problem without extra cost. The best part was that we paid exactly what we were quoted. No surprises. He was easy to work with and did good work.

Marty and crew did a good job installing my swamp cooler and were very informative of the Xcel rebate program. Unfortunately, they did not properly flash and seal the roof afterwards which resulted in a little water damage during the next storm. They did come back out and fix the issue with no problems however, some of the water damage caused my ceiling to bubble which I had to fix myself.

"From our professional stand point.This customer was trying to save money by doing some extra work on the project, That ended in failure on his part. We have been more than fair and respectful in his needs and wants. Just this year he had a warranty issue, Again he bypassed the normal procedure by interfering with the warranty process. He maintained possession of a faulty motor, Rather than letting my Tech return it for warranty, This ended up in an extra cost to him for us to make special arrangements and returns to our Vendor(s). Thus it cost him more than it would have if he would of just let us handle things from the beginning."
