"On the first visit, it was a simple fix underneath the sink.  Work was completed to my satisfaction.  The second visit that week, the problem was identified, however, I made the choice to not have it fixed due to cost.
In both cases, I was pleased with the response and evaluation of the problem(s).

"Josh is the best plumber we have ever had. He is very professional and takes pride in doing the best possible job. Our old house had many challenges and he not only solved each of them with great skill, but he also implemented several improvements that clearly indicated that he cares about the quality of his work. He is a pleasure to work with, conscientious and very reasonably priced. Our only regret is that we had not met him 20 years ago!"

"Man, I have got to say I am truly impressed. I own several properties in Colorado springs and needed some flooring done in a bad way. I had hardwood floor that was ages old and damaged in an already old home. I met with Gustavothe field supervisor and let him now what I needed done. As a rental property I wanted to change to a laminate floor and get some new baseboard installed. They got me the estimate in a timely fashion and price was very competitive. I had some concerns with my budget and El Toro was able to accommodate. They ended up coming in and completed demo and haul away in one day. They leveled my floors and installed the flooring and I was truly in awe. The finishing touches were installing my baseboard and touching up the paint and I couldn't be happier. I was able to get my property back on the market and rented. Thanks guys!"

"John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. At the end of a project, he asks for honest feedback because he wants to keep improving his business. Since this was the third time he successfully completed a project in our house, we knew we’d be pleased with the results of this project as well. He did not disappoint and we love our new kitchen!"

As I was leaving on vacation 2 weeks ago, I noticed my Water heater was leaking. I called Gerald and he gave me advice to not have it blow while I was away. He came the day after I returned and in 4 hours had a new WH installed and ready for another 20 years ( I hope). Gerald uses quality products (Rheem) . This is his specialty so he works fast and well. Gerald is a gentleman and made me very comfy having him in my home. HIs promotion price on AL is not a come on. I paid what was advertised , all inclusive, plus a little extra to bring my piping up to code .I loved having a firm price before he began  and no surprises after. I also like dealing with the owner of the company. This was a totally painless process, thanks to Gerald.

5/9/2014- The city inspector came today to check the install. He told me that 15% of his inspections do not pass do to poor workmanship. I asked how this one was and he said it was absolutely top notch! "excellent quality work". Great job Gerald!

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

While stainless steel is quite durable, it is susceptible to scratching. If you use rough, abrasive cleaning tools like steel wool or brushes, you may wind up with scuffs in your stainless steel sink. Additionally, harsh household chemicals including chloride bleach can damage your sink’s finish and decrease its life span.

Yes, it is often possible to replace an undermount sink without removing the countertop, but success can depend on the countertop material. For materials like granite, the process is relatively straightforward. However, laminate or uniquely shaped countertops might need to be removed or modified.

The process typically involves shutting off the water supply, disconnecting the drain and plumbing pipes, cutting through the old silicone seal, and carefully lowering the sink from below. This requires a good understanding of plumbing and the right tools. If you are not confident in performing the replacement yourself, it is recommended to hire a countertop specialist or a plumber to handle the task.

Yes, there are different size sink drains, but a 1 ½-inch-diameter drain is the most common modern drain size. However, some sink drains are 2 inches or 3 inches in diameter. A bathroom sink drain is 1 ¼ inches in diameter, and kitchen sink drainpipes are 1 ½ inches in diameter.

Replacing the countertop with another that fits the same size and cut out shouldn't take longer than four to five hours. The installation job entails removing the plumbing connections, unscrewing the old sink connectors, removing the countertop, placing and gluing the new countertop, and connecting the plumbing hookups.

The time it takes to install a sink depends on whether you hire a professional or do it yourself, as well as the complexity of the job. A professional plumber can typically install a sink in 1 to 4 hours, with most routine jobs taking around 1 to 2 hours. However, more complicated installations will take longer. Projects that involve rerouting plumbing, installing an under-mount sink, or making countertop modifications can take a full day. Installing a sink with a prefab vanity could also stretch the project to 6 to 8 hours. If you plan to install the sink yourself, you should set aside 4 to 6 hours, though it could take longer. It's also recommended to have a friend help, especially if you are working with a heavy sink made of a material like porcelain.
