Everything went well except the part had been upgraded to a better design and the diverter valve plunger length had decreased. Greg got on the phone with me to Rohl and had Rohl overnight an added part that would solve the problem. He managed to get the new diverter working with the shorter stem so we could still use the shower. The additional part arrived the next day; I called Greg and he came by within an hour after picking up his son at school. Father and son solved our problem within a half hour...how's that for service! Can't say enough about Greg and the work he did for us. By the way, if you have the opportunity to use Greg for any plumbing need, ask him where his company name, "Schnibble", came from...it's worth the cost of the plumbing repair!!"
