Office staff was very helpful and professional. They took the time to address all my needs. Turned out I didn't need to replace the water heater. I am currently out of town, and would not of known the real problem if it were not for the honesty of the technician sent to perform the work. Saved me a lot of money. Will be calling them back as needed for sure.

I did not personally use them but referred them to a friend who thought he was fabulous and told me "they were going to use him again" if they ever had plumbing problems. I will be calling them to do another scope for a client this week.

He came out immediately and found the source of the leak and repaired it!

After waiting over a month for another plumber to return my calls, I found Don who contacted me immediately and arranged a time. His wife Joanne kept me in the loop so I knew when to expect Don. He is skilled and does very good work. I am very pleased with my bathroom and very happy I found him. I would call him again in a minute.

Don was extremely prompt in contacting me immediately after I submitted a request for plumbers. He came out that afternoon to give a free estimate and explained everything in detail about the problem and solution. He also gave helpful advice for actions we could take to avoid future problems in a window well drain not related to replacing our sump pump. Don was professional in all ways from start to finish. We will definitely use him again, and recommend to friends and neighbors.

Don had to do some concrete demo in order to install a sump pump. We ran into very highly compacted soil, and the area was also a bit difficult to work in, so it was slow going. He could have just left the job and delayed, but he stuck with it until about 9:30 on a Friday night (putting in about a 14 hour day), and saw it through. Great work ethic, high standards, and high integrity. Also, by far the most prompt in terms of submitting a quote, and gathering info to address my questions. Very happy with the finished product. Will definitely be using his services again.

Don did a terrific job in repairing our basement bathroom sink faucet. He isolated the problem and fixed it. He then gave us recommendations on what we could do to avoid this problem again, and how to deal with other potential plumbing problems in the future. He was prompt, went quickly about his business, and was courteous and helpful. He is now our plumber!
