However, they called before coming and we got an even better toilet for very little more.  They ensured the area under the the toilet was clean, installed a new seal, and replaced the toilet in just a short while.  Both David and Josh were very knowledgeable and professional.  They gave us some very good advice about how to maintain the drains in our kitchen & bathroom sinks, tubs, and showers.   Enjoyed talking with these gentlemen.

His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice.
