Had a tankless water heater go out in a Sunday night. Submitted the Angie request and Laney called me within 30 seconds of hitting enter. He scheduled an appointment for the next day, and get this they don’t charge a “service fee” for diagnosing issues, that’s right no charge to come out. The communication was amazing and he showed in time. We decide to replace the current unit and he didn’t the next day! Another surprise he didn’t ask for any money up front! He and his son Austin showed up the next day on time and do the work. We had hot water in roughly 5 hours. They are very thorough and clean. He laid carpet protector everywhere and vaccine when complete. In my recent experience with contractors there aren’t many out there like these guys. Honest, communicate, show up, do the work. Any plumbing issues I have at any of my properties American will be the first call!

American Plumbing & Sewer provided us with top notch service from beginning to end. We needed a new water heater, I called on Monday, Alan was out on Tuesday to give us an estimate and by early Thursday afternoon we had our new water heater installed along with a water softener/purification system. Lanney is extremely personable yet extremely professional at the same time. The workmanship was fantastic and he explained things to us along the way. Lanney's assistant, I believe it is is son, Austin, is a fantastic person and he is also extremely knowledgeable and very proficient. When you contact someone blindly off a referral service, you really take a risk. Believe me Lannie and his crew are well worth taking that risk! He was contacted at a little before eight in the morning to replace a water heater. He had the job completed by 4:00 in the afternoon even though he had another job to do before us in the morning. His explanations were clear and all work was done well above our expectations. I whole heartedly recommend him and his work.

Lanney, owner is a Master Plumber and 3rd generation certified in water treatment. He is very professional with vast knowledge for his trade. You can see he is very detail and takes pride in doing the jobs the right way. Today Lanney installed Bradford White 50 Gal water heater, life time top rated water softener that also take chorine out of my house water. He also installed a top rated under the kitchen sink reverse osmosis with an Alkaline filter. To have much healthier 100% safe drinking water for my family and especially my four Grand children. I am retired and a Veteran and Lanney was very honored and respectful to my wife and I. I will definitely be referring Lanney to my family, close friends and all my neighbors. Because his initial quotes were fair good job prices. But more important Lanney is a person with high integrity and a person you can trust.
