I noticed a small pool of water under my water heater. Found Jensen Plumbing, Cole arrived on time, identified a leak in the copper piping immediately, and fixed it on the spot. He gave me an explanation of the issue and didn’t try to upsell or suggest false needed repairs like with experiences I’ve had with other contractors in the past. He was friendly, fair priced, professional, and I haven’t had issues since. I had a problem with my shower chattering when turning on the water. Cole came over in a timely period of me reaching out. He worked through everything and was able to order parts and get the shower operational fast. Great knowledge of his trade and very personable.
