Optic was finally able to diagnose and fix the actual problem (sagging pipe that kept clogging and backing up). I don?t typically write reviews (at least not positive ones..), but I?ve been dealing with this nightmare for years and they really did go the extra mile for me to actually fix the problem instead of just clearing the clog until I happened agin.
