Tech arrived within time window as promised. After evaluating the issue he said it’s not a huge concern and would be a very complex and expensive project to fix. We took their advice and are just leaving it alone, but we aren’t super confident about it and pray it doesn’t lead to even bigger problems in the future (fingers crossed!). So no work was done, but we still had to pay the $70 trip fee…oh well.

They contacted me right away and set up a time for one of their service pros to come out and check the situation. The service person called me before coming and arrived on time. He spent time figuring out the problem, and best of all answered my questions as he was working taking the time to explain everything. He arrived at a solution, and I was very satisfied with his work.

Jeff was able to arrive earlier than scheduled and I appreciated his call to see if that would work. It was so much nicer than waiting around during the two-hour window. He was friendly and even my rescue dog was good with him, as he was with her. Jeff found my problem immediately and he saved me hundreds of dollars if I had gone with the company that gave me the first quote. His knowledge and integrity has made him and Bulls Eye Plumbing my go-to company. I highly recommend Bulls Eye Plumbing.

Great guy/ took time to explain and show

DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY. Had B&L fix broken drain line tha caused flooding in kitchen. Changed hot water valve to dishwasher and sink to dual valve. Plumber explained we would have no hot water otherwise. Could have put $2 end cap on valve till dishwasher was reinstalled. Was not even supposed to work on water line. Part was about $20. But they charged $182.70 to replace valve. It was probably a 5 minute job. Only 2 brass nuts to put on. Company is a rip off. DO NOT USE!!!

We needed the downspout drains scoped with a camera to locate problems causing backups. Took about an hour to scope 3 lines and identified multiple issues. The guys were great and athe service was superb. 5-star all around.
