Get matched with top basement remodelers in Fort Carson, CO

"I've used cransten for two major projects now, first a partial basement finish and now installing built-in shelves and fireplace in my living room. Super super easy to work with, reasonably priced, the contractors they send out are communicative and professional. I can't say enough great things. I'll be back again when I'm ready for the rest of the basement to be finished."

"Basement finish we needed done added 2 rooms , bathroom and rec room . Tons of extra now and looks great !"

"I hired Karsten for a full bathroom remodel. He gutted out old tub, tile, fixtures and counter. I had him install an arched shower floor to ceiling with a shelf and entirely new fixtures. He did the framing, plumbing, tile, and painting for the bathroom making it entirely custom. I’m very happy with the bathroom and the professionalism of Karsten and his team. Thank you !"

"The project was to take three months instead it took over six months. At the end they found they did not order the shower door which took an additional month to install. The length of time to complete the basement was unacceptable. I texted or emailed on a regular basis to find out what was the next step or when someone would show up to work again. At the end of the project I tagged areas that needed to be repainted and it was done the next day. The finished product was beautiful and the company did an excellent job on doing my basement except for the time. A few weeks after the basement was complete I had my air conditioner serviced and it was found that when Thompsonâ s moved the furnace during the remodel, they did not capture the freon. This was an added cost to the air conditioning service but also accidents like these hurt the ozone."

"Mr. Soto was a pleasure to work with. He never pressured us in our designs and always willing to offer his professional advice when needed. I believed our approach by allowing us to purchase the items we wanted saved us several hundred dollars. Most bathroom remodeling companies expect you to purchase their products which are typically over priced. We preferred to have the ability to adjust our budget when appropriate and change out items if we didn’t like them. We will definitely consider his services for future projects."
