He performed the initial application and then checked if more spray was needed. The price was what they stated. More than likely, only one application is needed. By the way, when I first went on Angie's List, I mistakenly hit the "Get a Quote" button and another company responded. They wanted to sign me up (with some sales pressure) for an annual subscription at about 4X the cost of a single application. I believed only one application was needed and the Foggy's owner confirmed. So it pays to contact only the top-rated companies directly.
