We had a boiler problem that ended up involving our water main also. It was a scary problem for us with an older home. They fixed everything on day 2 after an initial diagnostic visit. We are so happy with the resolution and peace of mind. I thought that the cost was fair, though all repair work is pricey these days. I think this company is solid and Jake in particular as their boiler expert.

Install was done to my satisfation but the follow up free furnace tune up was just a way to upsell me to a new furnace.

"Michael, I am sorry you feel this way. We offer the free year of home care to all customers who purchase equipment. You are able to use the free tune on either equipment we installed or on other equipment, whichever is best for you. We pay our technicians on an hourly basis to avoid "high pressure sales" for our customers. They are trained to do a thorough inspection on the equipment and give recommendations based on issues they see as well as age of system. If you would like further explanation on the "why" of our recommendations we would be happy to take the time to go over them with you."

This company is horrific. Poor installation, terrible installers, never return calls, system they installed leaks, they left beer cans in the vents, said they were installing new intake system and never did while just reusing old materials that were already in my home. Watch out as they take your money and RUN. Stay clear of these unprofessional and ill informed and Hvac specialists and THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!! Pros were able to come out as needed to fix additional issues or setbacks within the hour. James really knows his stuff and they were a joy to work with.
