"I would strongly recommend Allen, Morgan, and Shields LLC for any type of security camera project you might have. Mr. Faisal did a great job quoting me the exact system we needed following our specifications. His technician did an incredible job and finished our project within 2 days. Very great quality, communication, and service."
"After a thorough telephone inquiry to explore possible causes for our home security system shutdown, Chad offered a house call the following day to confirm his suspicions and restore operation. He showed up when promised, identified equipment problems at two sites, replaced two system batteries -- one beyond restoring and one getting old -- and gave us very helpful information to relay to the next owner of our home, which will be on the market later this year. He clearly answered every question. His trip charge from south Metro Denver to our Broomfield location was quite reasonable, and the only other charge, for the batteries, was modest as well. We felt lucky to locate someone with Chad's expertise and prompt response, and would highly recommend him and his company, Custom Protection, to anyone with a home security system problem. Thanks, Chad!"

"We recently needed to upgrade our home s WiFi coverage to get us the bandwidth necessary for multiple home security cameras. Anthony came out to my home, free of charge, to assess our situation and give us a quote. The proposed solution and the quote were both great. What s more, Anthony was super patient with me as I asked lots of neurotic follow-up questions by email. On the day of the project, he came with a partner, calling about 45 minutes ahead to let us know his ETA. He and his partner were both courteous and respectful, and they both wore masks without me having to ask (this work took place in the age of COVID-19). Partway through the project, I threw in some last minute thoughts about a new TV antenna and Anthony graciously agreed to do that work the same day, for a very fair price. At the end of the project we realized that part of the WiFi system did not quite meet my initial expectations for specifications. Not a deal breaker, but also not what we were expecting. Anthony acknowledged the discrepancy and provided a fair discount to make up for it. The job he did was completed safely, and they made it look very clean in the end. When you re poking holes in walls, you always want to make sure it looks professional when all is said and done. Anthony nailed it. I m very happy with the service I received and I would work with Digital Concepts again in the future, should such needs arise."

The cost of home automation averages around $1,000, with most projects falling between $200 and $2,000. The total cost depends on several factors, including the level of automation, brand, system features, home size, and location. For a DIY approach, basic home automation technology can cost between $100 and $500, though the scope and interaction between products may be limited. High-end, all-inclusive systems for larger homes can cost anywhere from $10,000 to $150,000, especially when they include smart appliances like refrigerators and dishwashers that require extensive wiring. Additional costs, such as subscriptions for maintenance services, can also impact the total price. It's often helpful to set a budget and consult with an expert to determine the best options for your home.
Smart home upgrades can be worth the money. Several upgrades, including smart thermostats and ceiling fans, can help reduce your energy bills. Others make life more convenient, freeing up your time to do what you love (or get more work done). And some smart home upgrades, such as entertainment systems, simply make life more enjoyable. All are worthy causes.
