"We recently had BP Flooring Solutions install luxury vinyl plank flooring in our bathroom as part of a remodeling project, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Josh, the installer, did an excellent job from start to finish. He replaced a section of water-damaged subfloor, installed new underlayment, and finished everything off with fresh baseboards—all with great attention to detail. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and the final result shows it. The project was completed at a very reasonable price, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied and would highly recommend BP Flooring Solutions—and especially Josh—for anyone looking for quality flooring installation."

"Our new floors look amazing. They fixed problem spots where the sub floor was uneven and many other details. They also did some custom work on the steps to match. Great to work with. Highly recommended!"

Small jobs welcome

"I would highly recommend Royal Surfaces. They refinished our main floor and installed additional wood flooring in our house. They took extra time to make sure we picked a color that we would like. They were very professional in working with several aspects, including working around a fireplace, our stair spindles, and the overall space prep. They did a 5-star job in every aspect of the job."

Flooring Installation questions, answered by experts

In Denver, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and porcelain tile are excellent flooring materials that withstand temperature changes and low humidity. Opt for moisture barriers and vapor-resistant underlayments, especially for basements or ground-level rooms. Choose UV-resistant finishes to protect against sun exposure. For carpeting, select dense, solution-dyed fibers for durability. Always use adhesives and sealants rated for Denver’s climate to ensure your flooring project stands up to local conditions.

Helpful?

Installing new flooring in Denver offers immediate benefits like improved indoor air quality, enhanced comfort, and a modernized appearance. Over time, quality flooring materials can increase your property value, reduce allergens, and provide better insulation against Denver’s temperature swings. Durable flooring options also resist fading and wear from sunlight, making them a smart investment for long-term energy efficiency and easier maintenance in Colorado’s unique climate.

Helpful?

In Denver, be wary of flooring installation quotes that lack a detailed materials list, skip over site preparation, or don’t specify subfloor work. Watch for vague language about project timelines or warranty coverage. If a contractor avoids discussing local permit requirements or won’t provide recent references from Denver homeowners, that’s a concern. Reliable flooring professionals should clearly outline steps, use transparent contracts, and communicate openly about materials and scheduling.

Helpful?

In Denver, combining flooring installation with upgrades like baseboard replacement, interior painting, or insulation improvements can streamline your renovation and minimize repeated disruptions. Coordinating these projects often leads to more efficient scheduling and may help you secure better rates on flooring materials. Plan carefully to avoid overlap between contractors, and consider Denver’s seasonal weather when scheduling to ensure each phase of your home improvement runs smoothly.

Helpful?

Your Denver home is well-suited for new flooring if the subfloor is level, dry, and free from structural issues. Check for signs of moisture, especially in basements, and confirm that your home’s ventilation and insulation are adequate for Denver’s climate. If your house is older, inspect for uneven spots or squeaks that may indicate subfloor repairs are needed. Proper preparation ensures your flooring installation will be durable and long-lasting.
