The steps had to be redone, but they got it right, the second time. Many of the days, Jason and Nick were on site to monitor the construction crew which was a good feeling. They did a great job with the clean-up process afterwards, too. The only concern I had was that it took about 2 or 3 weeks after I made my down payment before I heard from Trio, and I had to contact them. I would have liked to have been informed on steps taken on a weekly basis. There were a few times, that I didn't receive a response back after leaving messages for them. They can improve in this area, too. But overall, we're happy with our new deck, and I would recommend Trio Construction for any projects you are considering for your residence or business."
