"Rob was prompt in getting me his bid and explaining his cleaning process. He's clearly experienced and professional - showed up a few minutes early, was conscientious about protecting my hardwood floors, belongings, and my cat! He worked quickly. Got out the stains on my wall-to-wall basement carpet, and made the color in my area rugs pop again! No harsh chemical smell, and the carpets dried quickly. He was able to come over the day after we spoke, cleared out the old boards that were wet, saved my subfloor and replaced the floor boards across my entire kitchen. "Very happy with the service I received today! A little less than 4 hours (multiple people equate to "up to 8 hours") and my main floor and second story were spruced right up! Advice for others, be sure to clear surfaces and pick up prior to your cleaning so you leave enough time for dusting, wiping down appliances, and sweeping and mopping. Will DEFINATELY hire again!!"

"The estimate was an easy process.  It took about two weeks to get the work scheduled after the estimate.  This was because we were including polishing of marble vanities.  The day of the work, they arrived right on time.  They took care to protect our floors and walls.  They did a great job of taping everything off for the polishing work.  I was amazed at the results.  First, our marble vanities look brand new and flawless.  There were a lot of stains and etchings.  This has all been removed and it looks perfect!  Second, the granite looks so much better than we ever expected in our wildest dreams.  There was a lot of glue and residue (from prior owner).  All of this was removed and they are stunning.  Third, it looks like we have new floors in the laundry, mud and bath rooms.  The grout is spotless and everything is clean, clean, clean.  I will definitely call Advantage Tile again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to clean tile, stone, and grout."
