"[Member Name Removed], We are sorry you feel that way. Kep Klen strives to be the best we can. We have over 500 satified clients per month which shows our commitment to quality and service. Then we get clients like yourself trying to get things done for free then post bad reviews if it doesn't happen. Just like you did. So I hope that others that you want to do work for you reads the reviews you write and walk away. We responded again, many times, again letting you know that we gave you a discount from day one and you found it unacceptable and wanted to pay a fraction of the cost. We are sorry that you feel that way for very minor issues and for things we don't do which was told to you from the beginning like laundry and dishes. Lets get some facts straight for the readers 1. when you have service every other month its the same as cleaning the first time so pricing will be the same. When its done more often its maintaining your home instead of a full clean. 2. Things in your email, which I will gladly share with anyone that asks, were about things we don't do as it takes time which in turn cost you like: Dishes overflowing in your sink which we will not remove to clean the sink (your complaint), and cleaning inside your Fridge (we do if asked and its charged extra) which you complain we didn't do because it's a mess. 3. Your wanted to pay half price because they move a bag of receipts from your nightstand to clean and didn't put back, also they move small items on some table top that were not put exactly where you left them. "[Member Name Removed], Sorry about what your think your experience was with Kep Klen. Kep Klen is committed to customer satisfaction. First regarding the schedule date, at the time of purchase you are asked 3 dates you would prefer service. We couldn't accommodate your first preference but was able to with your second date. It was schedule and you canceled saying that it wouldn't work. We offered a few days over the next two weeks for you to pick. Unfortunately it took 2-3 more attempts to accommodate both schedules. Kep Klen did every attempt to accommodate you on this. Secondly, price. You paid $169 for 8 hours of cleaning which is roughly $21 per hour. It was a deal price and if you think pricing was high, why would you purchase it then complain about it Thirdly, once we finished your home, Kep Klen walked the home with you. At that time you were amazed on how great it looked. Yes, we completed the work in a little over 6 hours which was amazing considering the condition of your home. Your were so amazed that schedule monthly service with us. Yes, at that point, because you were becoming a recurring Monthly customer, we decided to lessen the bill 1 hour a month for the next two months. Though according to the disclaimer when you purchased the deal, this is a one time visit and may not be split into multiple visits, Kep Klen wanted you repay you in some way. Once the recurring service was schedule with an email reminder immediately sent and you acknowledged and accepted. One month later you canceled the night before and you wanted to wait until the next month do to finances. We accommodated and didn't charge any cancellation fees. Then two month have passed since your first visit, this time the morning of the scheduled visit you canceled. You told us you never wanted recurring visits and why did we schedule them so we removed your scheduled visits from the system. Then after two weeks later and 2 1/2 months since our first visit, you demanded that we come and clean you whole home in the two hours believed owed to you. We told you we can come but you will be charged. Then at that point, not anytime before, you started to complain about all the work. The cleaners didn't dust, the counters were not cleaned, the corners in all the rooms were missed, we didn't clean under the couch, etc. Then you started to threaten us with bad reviews everywhere if we didn't come clean your whole house for free or give you back money. Why wait over 2 1/2 months after your initial visit to say you were not satisfied. What you were not satisfied with is that Kep Klen wouldn't come clean your whole home for free. Why resort to bad reviews. We told Angie's List about your threats to write bad reviews everywhere and offered our explanation and proof on what really happen. Angie's List refused to take any part and decided to let this review go through without representation from either party. Nor did Angie's List defend their own disclaimer that mentions that time can not be split and is a single visit when you purchase the deal. It seems like they allow one sided reviews. We have hundreds of monthly recurring/repeat residential customers and growing. All Service Companies gets complaints, however, its our belief to have all complaints resolved and completed within 48 hours. Services companies cannot support any complaints 2 1/2 months later. That's like getting your oil changed then go back 3 months later and say I want a free oil change because the oil is used. [Member Name Removed], we are sorry that you decided to write this review. Since Angie's List decided to let this review go through even after hearing about it from us, we offer our apologies to all the readers that happen to read a stupid review like this one."
