There were a few minor logistical snafus with equipment failure, but after they had another colleague stop by with what they needed, everything went really well. I especially appreciated that they used cornet protectors on all of our walls. Also, they used something called a rotovac that scrubbed the carpet and removed many deep stains. I very much appreciated the quality of workmanship, and would happily use them again."

"The first day, the damage was discovered after cleaning the grout and removing some tiles. After removing most of the main tiles, Josh tried cleaning them, but my caulking with silicone made them unusable. My bad. So he bought some inexpensive tiles that matched our color and added a pretty granite pencil design to tie it in with our room color. Wow! On the fourth day, after cleaning everything up to a shine, I almost cried at the beautiful job they did. My husband rarely compliments people on their fine work, but he had to tell Josh what an excellent job he and his crew did. If we ever need to tile the floor and replace the shower frame, we will call on Josh Jax of Advantage Tile and Grout Services. They were prompt, explained each step, and were enthusiastic in their efforts to create an elegant shower at reasonable cost. "It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is. 

The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."
