"The estimate was an easy process.  It took about two weeks to get the work scheduled after the estimate.  This was because we were including polishing of marble vanities.  The day of the work, they arrived right on time.  They took care to protect our floors and walls.  They did a great job of taping everything off for the polishing work.  I was amazed at the results.  First, our marble vanities look brand new and flawless.  There were a lot of stains and etchings.  This has all been removed and it looks perfect!  Second, the granite looks so much better than we ever expected in our wildest dreams.  There was a lot of glue and residue (from prior owner).  All of this was removed and they are stunning.  Third, it looks like we have new floors in the laundry, mud and bath rooms.  The grout is spotless and everything is clean, clean, clean.  I will definitely call Advantage Tile again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to clean tile, stone, and grout."

"The provider showed up an hour late and left a half hour early.  She was supposed to be there at 100 but didn't show until 200.  I thought she would stay until 600 to complete the 4 hours but she wound up leaving at 530 which was only 3.5 hours.  The provider asked if there were any areas se should focus on and I asked her to focus on the floors but she spent most of the time in the kitchen.   As a result, the floors received very little attention aside from a basic sweep and a mopping.  The kitchen was cleaned very well and the master bathroom and downstairs half bath were also done well. The upstairs hall bath was not touched.
