Our experience with PSI was outstanding! Carlos and Oscar are very professional and have experience and knowledge that help us with the project. They are punctual and also worked very well with our schedule, even when we requested changes. The floors turned out beautiful! They sanded our oak hardwood from a dark cherry finish to natural wood. We are very happy with the job they did. Look no further for your hardwood professionals, we highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors done. I had the great pleasure of working with Carlos and Oscar for refinishing and installing hardwood floors in my house. They did a fantastic job and made sure that the mess was cleaned up everyday (and if you have never done hardwood floor refinishing, it is MESSY). PSI showed up on time everyday, and made sure that the floors looked great even with my odd shaped rooms. In addition the were extremely kind enough to help me move large pieces of furniture out (saving my relationships with my friends), and put the furniture back when finished. I would highly recommend PSI, and have already referred them to a few of my friends!

Do NOT hesitate... If you are looking to add hardwood floors, or refinish existing hardwood floors, JUST BOOK these guys! Oscar and Carlos are the best ever! I am a realtor, and these guys did my clients house before we listed the home. I was SO impressed with their work, and so, decided to hire them to do my own house too! They added hardwood in my family room, and refinished older hardwood floors in an office, living and dining room, a kitchen, entry and hallway. They did a custom color for me. It all looks so fantastically amazing!! Who knew old red oak floors could look this good! (I went with a custom driftwood/greyish finish). Oscar and Carlos are the REAL DEAL! They are hard workers, know what they are doing, meticulous, on time and prompt with their work, considerate, communicative, and overall just awesome to work with! 5 stars are not enough!

In addition to refinishing the floors, they had to repair several places with new wood and you cant even tell. I love it - You need to hire these guys!

If you need your wood floors refinished, hire this team!! They did an amazing job! Our home is a 1954 with original hardwoods that had been worn down by previous owners with dogs, and hidden under laminate and carpet for years. They were able to take our floors and make them look completely brand new! Carlos was very professional each time he came out to meet with us to discuss the project, prompt and professional every single time. He answered our endless questions and came by after the job was done to take a look and ensure we were happy. We trusted them with a key to our house, and had zero issues. Moises did an amazing job, spent a full two days sanding down the floor and getting everything prepped. He applied beautiful stain and topcoat, and also installed and caulked new base boards for us throughout the house, as well as transition pieces between the main area and kitchen/bath. We were very undecided on color so he even took the time to apply several stain samples on the actual floor so we could decide on exactly what we wanted before we had it applied through the whole house. We even had some holes in the floor, gaps between where the floor ended and the wall started, and various other imperfections, and you can't even tell they were there now. All our friends and family are commenting on how beautiful and brand new the floors look. I was referred by a friend who had used them and we didn't even feel we needed a second or third quote. We hired them on the spot. They offered a very reasonable price, and again the level of professionalism can't be beat! We've had too many instances of contractors not showing up when they said they would...or not showing up at all! That is not a worry with PSI, Carlos and his team are amazing and we will definitely hire them again in the future for our hardwood flooring needs. We are 100% pleased with how the job ran, from start to finish.

We hire PSI...Oscar and Carlos and their team to install new hardwood floors on the whole 2nd floor, they matched the color from the 1st floor and did it within the time frame we agreed on since I hired them. We are really happy with their work and professionalism. Also their rate was way more affordable than other companies. Their attention to detail is amazing! Thanks a lot for the great job! Carlos and team did an awesome job lacing in some flooring that needed repair. He was accommodating to my needs of waiting for my master suite remodel to be completed before coming back and refinishing the floors. So far I am very happy with their work.

PSI was hired to install new wood flooring and refinish existing. I spent my career in construction and I have not been more impressed than I am with this company. They did a WONDERFUL job. They did an excellent job in work quality and customer service. They showed up on the day they said they would and completed the project on time!!!!

I hired Carlos for my mothers home project. CarLos did great work he repaired a large area of wood floor and refinished. His work was outstanding. You can't even tell where the repair was made. Carlos replaced a large section of our hardwood floor after some water damage. Unlike the vast majority of service providers doing business in the mountain communities, he provided great service....responsive to emails, completed the project precisely on the timeframe he originally quoted, and just pleasant to work with. His price was also extremely good versus what I would have expected and the pure number of hours required to complete the work.
