"After being ghosted by several AC companies we were thrilled to have Behold answer their phones, make and keep appointments, and show up for the install. Our 1970s house is blazing hot upstairs in the summer, and after considering several options we settled on a mini split. It was installed today and our bedroom is delightfully cool. Both guys on the job were professional and courteous. They kept us appraised of what they were doing and showed us how everything worked at the end of the day. They have also promised to file all applicable rebates."

"Matthew came out to fix our AC that was going out intermittently and not keeping the house cool. He explained everything in detail with pictures and readings, and made a repair.
