Zero stars, $12,000 down the drain, and Tyler completely ghosted me after install. Do not work with this company. Bought a new home in 2023. We hired Tyler / Royalty Heating & Air make several upgrades, all of which were messed up. After install, he ignored dozens of phone calls, texts, and emails from me to fix it. We had an emergency situation with our water heater and with having a 6 month old baby it was a must to have it fixed right away. Tyler was able to prioritize us on his busy day and have a new one installed the very next day. He even made it a point to check on us multiple times throughout the day to make sure the water was heating up and working okay. I definitely recommend Tyler at Royalty Heating and Air. His customer service is spectacular and he is very dedicated to his work. We were also impressed that he left the house and work area very clean as if he wasn’t even here.

Tyler and his brother did a great job and went above and beyond for us! We had a twenty year old 3 ton a/c that went out and got quotes from several companies, but went with Royalty Heating and Air because their quotes were in line with what we were looking for and Tyler really knows his stuff! We got a 4 ton a/c at Tyler’s recommendation for the size of our home and for the first time since moving in 3 years ago the air flows throughout the house whereas the airflow was restrictive upstairs before so we had windows and fans going all day upstairs just to create enough of a breeze to cool off upstairs. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Royalty Heating and Air to friends, family, neighbors, everyone!

Tyler was polite, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. He was respectful of our home, and worked around our schedule as needed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly. We would definitely recommend him, and would use his services again.

Tyler was beyond amazing; he showed up on time, ensured I was happy with install location, and completed his work within the promised timeframe. He and his helper were clean and left me no messy debris to clean up, which is not common anymore. I was happy, but about 8 days after the install when we had a couple of really hot days, I was thrilled when he called to make sure the AC was blowing cold air and maintaining temperature perfectly. Tyler and team were above and beyond, and I recommend them 100%

Tyler is very experienced, thorough and explains things well. He serviced our dirty furnace and had it spotless when he was done. I have recommended him to my friends & clients and will continue to do so.

Tyler helped fix my A/C and water heater. Not only fixed my A/C, but went above the normal, checking on us for a couple days. Got to my house fast and very reasonable prices!

I had a complete new system installed with new Champion furnace and air conditioner. New units are sized properly to my home and I now have even heating and cooling throughout my home as the Builder installed units were too small. I also had a humidifier added, duct cleaning and added an IWave to clean the air in my home, cut down on allergens as we have pets and zap the viruses in the air. Fast service, clean and tidy install. Tyler gave me options on what units would be best in my home I chose Champion which came with an amazing 10 year warranty.
