"They did a really good job. They were real thorough and reasonably priced. They cleaned up well after themselves. The work just came out fairly well. As someone that never had drywall done, I wasn't aware of the process and how many times they would be there and how long it would take to do the whole job. I don't know if it's typical of all of them. The one thing that I might request that they might do is maybe a little more communication upfront about the whole process of the job and how long everything is going to take before they start. But in light of that, because they knew that we wanted it done quicker, they did everything they could to speed up their process and get the job done as soon as possible, so that was really good. They did respond to our need to get it faster. I was really happy with their work."

Russel and I exchanged text and photos, and he came to the house to confirm his understanding of the scope of the work. I was on their schedule a week later, and the drywaller arrived a few minutes early. He installed furniture and carpet protection from the job site all the way to the door to ensure that he kept the hours clean. His demolition was fast and he let me inspect the are in the cavity before install the patch so I could quickly check for other plumbing issues. His patch work and texturing were also quick and tidy, and the match to the surrounding/untouched ceiling looks pretty good.
