I mentioned that I need to get a few other estimates before committing. In response, Alex said that most people find out that his prices are competitive. I would have preferred that Alex said, "Great idea! That's a lot of money and it's always a good idea to get a 2nd opinion"...or something like that. After consulting 2 other family-owned businesses with stellar reviews, we were quoted prices that were 10 to 12 thousand less than One Hour. The equipment was the same, if not even higher efficiency.
