Kris was amazing and made me feel at ease even though I had spent a few sleepless nights listening to mice scurrying around. He walked the inside and outside of my (very old) house and not only found spaces for mice to enter but found a hole in the door of my attic that could welcome raccoons, bats etc. Kris has a great personality and answered all of my questions. The job has been completed and there is no sign of mice. Value for the money? I have no idea what it would have cost to hire another company. I had someone else contact me but they only considered glue traps , but I not want to handle with dead or almost dead mice. I know I can sleep at night and my dog is safe and that is worth a lot.
