"The project went very well. When dealing with anyone for a project, you need to make certain that there is a clear understanding of what work needs to be done. While a good proposal and estimate was given to me for the work, I found that my definition of a specific type of work to be done (i.e. with French drains), was not the same as that of the company. This was my fault, since I should have better understood what exactly was going to be done. Also, if the gutters have not been cleaned and maintained in a while (out of site, out of mind), as mine were, be prepared for some extensive and expensive work to be done. My take-away lesson from this project is that I will have my gutters cleaned and checked more often, probably in the Fall. Otherwise getting this type of work done is expensive. And if water is falling near your foundation, it can quickly get very expensive. Vito was responsive, though sometimes a bit hard to reach, and the crew he sent was punctual and appear to have done a very good job. (I can't climb up on the roof to personally check the work at my age.) I would recommend Gutter Maintenance Pro, and I plan to use them again in the future to check my gutters on a yearly basis with the right cost considerations."
