In fact the initial quote was for 4 days but they completed it in 3 and on budget. The work involved the removal of 30 year old wall paper, scrape, resurface walls/ceilings and paint. The rooms really look fantastic. We are planning another similar project for the master bedroom and living room, I will definitely have them execute that project as well. Mike, also gave us some great ideas for how to finish dark wood staircase to give it a more up to date look and so will look for his company to take on that project as well. The cost to paint the exterior of a house ranges from $1,900 to $4,500 or about $1.50 to $4 per square foot, depending on the size, height, and complexity of the home layout. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
