"Save your time on 2nd opinions, this is your heating and cooling company! We had 4 different companies come out to give us a quote for our job and Julian quickly stood out as the best option! His prices were very competitive with the other companies that came by but what really sold us was the customer service! Julian came out on his day off just to walk through our home and give us a quote. He sat on the couch for an hour and answered all of my questions. Not once did he get frustrated or impatient. After we accepted his quote he was in there the very next day to start the work. All of the work was professionally done and completed that same day. We were out of town during his work but Julian communicated with us the whole time and sent us pictures of the work when he was done. He went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable with our decision to put our trust in him. He and his team have added another lifetime customer to their quickly growing list. They also offer great financing options for large projects with interest rates far lower than any credit cards! Do yourself a favor and call them first!"

"Steve performed this task exceptionally. He worked alone on a task that required two to three people. He assembled a very complex Murphy Bed. It looks beautiful! He also had to deal with some product non-comformities that he reworked and now they are not noticeable. I highly recommend Steve to perform outstandingly in any task asked of him."

"BEWARE terrible company, was contracted for a furnace install, took 4 months to complete and three failed final inspection. The owner corey had very limited communication with no updates and only responded to about every 5th message. The is the horror story you worry about with contractors"

"6-24-25 I originally gave Trey, a technician from One Source Home Service in Colorado Springs. CO, a 5 but now that has gone to a 0 and here is why. Trey did provide a maintenance service on the AC on 6-16-25 and also a service to clean the blower on the furnace on 6-20-25. But after he left Friday, I went to turn on the AC since it was 101 hot in Pueblo, the AC motor did not come on so my AC was not working. I called and texted Trey. Please note that Saturday it was going to be 103 in Pueblo. Trey said he will get someone over here. No one showed up on Friday, nor Saturday, nor Monday. Today is Tuesday 6-24-25. I still have not heard from Trey nor anyone else from One Source. I called One Source to speak to a manager or chief technician but no call back. We are in our 70's. This is no way to run a company. It does not appear that One Source has the customers interest in mind. The One Source web site states that “We agree to accept responsibility for your complete satisfaction with the materials we use and workmanship we provide.” Well we are not completely satisfied because Trey and One Source, in a sense, deserted us. Not Cool. I will attempt again to inform One Source about Trey’s actions and to ask to speak to his supervisor or manager of the company. My reviews of Trey’s work, his workmanship, and One Source will be posted on social media as well as Google Reviews, Angi, and others. As the saying goes, “Karma, I have a list of people you might have missed.” Be Careful with this company."

"We hired Homefix to install wood floors on the main level of our home. The contractor who did the work did a horrible job. He did not stain under the fridge, the stove (or the toilet-as we found out later). This contractor was later fired, and Homefix still stands by their work. It’s been a couple of years and the floors are now warped, scratched and the stain is splotchy. We asked for 2 coats of polyurethane, and we received none. We recently asked them to come out and look at it. The owner came out and brought another contractor with him. They said they could redo the floors at full price. When the contractor was alone with my husband, he told him that it was shoddy work and that the original contractor had done a horrible job. We’ve asked Homefix to fix the problem and the owner still maintains that the original job was fine. We’ve tried hard to be cordial and understanding, but we are getting frustrated."
