We have been members of SMART Local 9 UNION for over 20 years, we are members of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 309, and are members of New Life Church here in Colorado Springs. Prompt friendly service. Brian had an excellent opportunity to pad the bill for unnecessary parts. What I expected to be a couple of hundred in parts and labor wound up being essentially labor only to splice a wire.

Brian was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He showed up the same day that I called (this is part of his service approach), and knowledgeably took care of my A/C problem. He has previously serviced my furnace. I can't say enough about his work and how he treats me as a customer. He will always be the first person I call for heating and A/C needs, and the first name I'll give to others when they ask for a referral! You will be glad you called him!

Brain Conway was great, came when said, showed us what was wrong and fixed it the same day. I will call him again if I need to. Right now it is working properly. He is my new guy. I have recommended him to my friends and they are happy also. Good help is hard to find, and trust worthy people are harder to find.

Out AC Unit was leaking so we emailed Brain to see if he could help. We got the appt scheduled and he came out within a few days (This wasn't an urgent issue). He not only preformed different tests, but he also showed me how and why the tests were being done. After a short few tests he determined that the drain from the AC unit was getting backed up. He was able to suck out the clog on the drain and then spray some material to help keep the pipe open. We have had no issues since and will continue to bring Brain back out for issues and normal maintenance!

Overall, Brandy was very thorough and professional. Our house is 10 years old and the AC has worked like new since his visit. I was very impressed with his use of a tablet to show and explain various measurements, and technical specifications and settings to me in non-technical terms. He is veteran friendly as the company name suggests.

Brian is the only guy I will have work on my heating and air system for now on. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I thought I had a major problem but he diagnosed it and had me fixed up within the hour. Low prices and great workmanship are hard to find nowadays. Do yourself a favor and call them first.

Brian came out on a Sunday and didn't charge anything extra on a weekend day. He expertly identified the problem and fixed it with a spare part he had on his truck. He showed me what was wrong and didn't try to up-sell me into replacing my unit. I will only use him for any of my HVAC work and will definitely recommend him to absolutely anyone. Great service!!!!

Brian Conway not only corrected the problem but also installed a transparent P-trap drain pipe so any future clogs will be visible. A attached pipe cleaner is included, so it will be easy to deal with when needed. All for a reasonable price. Brian also answered several other questions I had about my furnace and A/C. He quickly fixed a nagging problem with the opening for the furnace filter being a bit too large. No other HVAC guy had addressed it even though I brought up as a concern I had. Brian Conway impressed me as a being very personable, very highly trained, skilled, and thorough, yet not wanting to try to sell me some repair I did not really need yet. I had previously been told by another HVAC guy that I needed about $1400 in repairs. Apparently not so. I will definitely be contacting American Veteran HVAC for my future needs.

A/C service was great. Brian was personable, very knowledgeable and explained everything while service was performed. He quickly located the cause of the evaporator pan leaking into the furnace and on floor. Price on part recommended for outside compressor was very reasonable. I would very much recommend Brian for any HVAC service. I will hire Brian again especially for a new A/C upgrade install.

Brian did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Brian maintained excellent communication throughout the install and upgraded the unit when the supply company did not have it ready on the day of the install. Brian took care of the additional cost of the upgraded unit. The electrician was just as reliable and went above and beyond assisting us with another project not related to the install. We have been extremely pleased with the new AC unit and look forward to using the new heater this winter. I would highly recommend American Veteran Heating & Air.

Fantastic! Brian was very professional and knowledgeable about my air conditioning system. He made the appointment and called ahead to let me know when he would be here.
