BEWARE terrible company, was contracted for a furnace install, took 4 months to complete and three failed final inspection. The owner corey had very limited communication with no updates and only responded to about every 5th message. The is the horror story you worry about with contractors

This business came out to fix/repair a swamp cooler. There was an issue with the water distributor where some of the spouts were clogged, it needed to be cleared or replaced. Instead of replacing the $15 distributor, this business charged almost 9x that much to basically not fix anything. They left the original water distributor (still clogged) and ended up breaking one of the other spouts off. Basically they charged money to show up and make things worse. Do not trust this business.

Great. Showed up two hours from initial call, found problem, scheduled new furnace installation, removed old furnace installed new in under four hours.

Cory was very responsive when I first contacted him for a service call. He was friendly and courteous. HIs prices are great! He arrived at the hour specified and made a swift job of pulling out our old units and putting in a new York system. Just in time to have it for the hottest day of the year so far. Thanks. Cory arrived quickly and expertly explained the problems with my old furnace and laid out my options. He was helpful and allowed me to make up my own mind with no pressure. He quickly scheduled the installation. Rudy & Cory did the install work quickly and cleaned up all of the mess, taking the old furnace and garbage with them. New furnace runs well. Very happy with their work. Glad I was able to do business with a family run and local small business.

This team did a good job! The House was once a duplex with 2 very old HVAC systems. They removed the old equipment, connected the ductwork and installed a new York HVAC system....I am so pleased!

We were awaken by the coldness inside our home. Noticed that even if we change the thermostat, our furnace doesn't seem to work. Made the call early morning to Pueblo West Heating & Air Inc. They came in right away. Found out what's wrong. Replaced what needed to be replaced, fixed what needed to be fixed and was done with the job within an hour. Corey and Rudy are great! Very courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

Cory and his crew did a great job for a company just starting out. We had another company that we have used in the past, but decided to give a fellow entrepreneur a shot and I wasn’t displeased. He and his crew members showed up when they said they would and made sure to keep in contact if they needed to leave early or for supplies. Very informative, and prompt doing a follow up inspection. Also offered to come by and do a system cleaning once construction is complete so that the furnace is in top shape for new owners.
