I paid the $50 service fee for initial call. I asked about installing a reverse osmosis and water system. I was told I would be provided a written estimate. I never received a written estimate. I was verbally quoted over $900 to install the RO. I was told the softener system would require cutting into my bedroom wall and cost over $3000. I got my RO installed for $250 and the water softener system for $450. The service technician was Angel. I would highly recommend not to use this company.

I had a leak on the living room ceiling of my condo. Some years ago, a copper pipe in the ceiling developed a pinhole leak, so I called for a plumber. The plumber listened to my concern, inspected the plumbing in the bathroom on the floor above and looked at the a/c in the attic. He determined the problem was due to a lack of insulation on the a/c's copper pipes. The HVAC repairman was called and arrived quickly. The problem was corrected that same afternoon.

Got fixed properly

I had a toilet clogged up. I don't remember the cost. They're expensive.

The service was punctual and the technician was very curdious and knowledgeable about the work. He was honest about what needed to be done; no more, no less.. The pricing was good for the work done, but for a change of a faucet, that was a little steep for me, but all in all I would recommend them and would personally hire them again.

They fixed everything the following day from the call. Everything was fixed well without any problems.

After replacing my A/C compressor, the unit lost all the freon and when I called Mike's back they still charged me $150 because they claimed that the valves that they used to drain the old freon were not covered with the warranty.

I used them consistently. Some jobs are pricier then others. But their workers are great and on time

I am satisfied with the work but frustrated because I can't seem to get a work order when they do the work.

The response was always prompt..the repairs were done efficiently and the technicians were courteous, friendly and professional.

A little longer than expected but very satisfactory work and cleanup. Cost was competitive...

I tried Mike's when I first arrived in the Valley and was pleased at price and the quality of the work to replumb our bath and kitchen, install electrical upgrades & circuits and a gas line, serviced our two HVAC units.. I would gladly provide a reference. I've joined their Home Shield Protection Plan so I get priority service, discounts,and use them for all my plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Thanks Mike (and all your fine service folks who have worked at our home.)

The tecnician was young but well mannered. Did not mind getting dirty to get things done.

They may not be the cheapest, but their workers are professional, courteous and get the work done as expected. Their work is also guaranteed should you have any problems. We did have a few communication errors between the person that did the original bid and the person that actually did the install, but they worked it all out and we received the work we needed.

They were polite and did the job quick.

Initially, contact with Mike's Plumbing, Electrical & A/C went well.  I explained my concerns and my interest in the whole house inspection for my parents home.  Scheduling was organized three days later but unfortunately, the inspector/electrician did not arrive until very late on the day promised.  In fact, I had to call the office to make sure he was still going to arrive as it was Friday near the end of the day and my parents had been waiting all day without an update.  I should mention that I was not present to meet the electrician as I live and work in a different part of Texas and had to coordinate this remotely.  The electrician did arrive near the end of the day and completed the inspection noting some loose wires in the fuse box, confirming the house grounding, and inspected all outlets.  However, I asked that since I was not there, that a report be emailed to me summarizing his findings and his recommendations along with a quote to fix or make the appropriate updates.  Also, I asked for a quote to install a ceiling fan to be included.  Well, the inspection was completed on May 25th and as of this writing a month and a day later on the 26th of June and I have yet receive an email of any kind much less the report that I supposedly paid for.  I've called at least three different times asking for the status of both the report and the quote to perform additional work.  I am extremely disappointed with this result and am completely astounded with this lack of professionalism.  More surprising is how unimportant a request for quote for additional work is to this company. I could not have been more clear in my requests that had they given me the detail I was looking for that I was keenly interested in performing the work the recommended.  Apparently, they don't want my business.  I'm calling to request a refund tomorrow.
