I was more than happy with the dumpster service I received. The staff was so accommodating and friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use RER Dumpster again.

They are great - very responsive and quick with service.

RER was very responsive and actually gave us a bigger dumpster than we paid for because they were out of that size. (it helped!). They were clear about what we needed to do to mark the placement and they dropped it right where we wanted it and there was no damage or even evidence of them being there except the dumpster was there! We called when we were finished with the demo and they picked it up the very next day. I will call them for sure if we ever do another DIY home reno.

Jeff is really the best of all. Complicated story, but let me simplify that: After one freezing night with temperature below zero fahrenheit, the HVAC in my home was blowing out cold air and I had a burst water pipe (I was able to shut the main water supply to prevent flooding). With a call to Jeff, he showed up immediately on that day despite his packed schedule (I can imagine how many calls he got on those freezing days). Within a few hours, he fixed my pipe, identified the problem in the heating system, suggested solutions and presented me with several options and the pros and cons of those options. Super professional, responsive, responsible and knowledgeable, with a sense of urgency. Better yet, the bill came in far better than reasonable. I can't appreciate your help more, Jeff. Thanks for everything! You saved my day(s)!

They periodical deliver. I have a service contract with them.

It took one day for the replacement. They left the area very clean. They were able to remove my old boiler quickly, and it was enormous.

It is a fairly competitive price. I like their responsiveness.

They are excellent and have been reliable over the years. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a dumpster for $345.  Then I get an additional charge for $796 on top of that for "$0.06 for EVERY POUND over the first ton".
Take my advice, pay the extra $100 for the other guys who don't have this charge.  I went for the el-cheapo and got reemed for $1000 vs $500 for just about any other service.
I didn't have any odd-ball items like TV, Mattress, or other obvious over charge items.  All I did was tear down a 3 season room, that's it, nothing more.
AVOID this company at all costs.  They didn't notify me of the overage and charged my card WITHOUT authorization a second time.  Very unprofessional and under-handed.

For heating oil, I use RER Fuel Service Incorporated. It is family owned and operated. They have done a lot of services for us. The cost for the heating and oil depends on how much oil it is at that time. A couple of years ago oil was high and heating those were high and now they are not. They are available for emergencies 24 hours a day and 7 days a week is what keeps me going back to them. When we moved into the house the heating system was 20 years old and we knew that it had to be replaced. They kept it running until we started our home renovations. One time when the motor went out they came over on Christmas Eve to replace the motor. Basically for any issue that we have had with our heating and air conditioning system, they have been available. Their charges for the services have been extremely reasonable as well. I absolutely will use this provider again in the future. I got extremely lucky, very, very lucky.

I have a service contract with them. I love those guys. They were timely and very knowledgeable. They have a very unique furnace. They know what they are doing. As far as prices, they are comparable.

I have used RER to provide oil for my heating system and hot water for the last several years. This year I was debating which exact service contract I should put on my heating system and the owner called me back to discuss my options telling me that I most likely wanted their least expensive option and explained why as well as how it would save me money based on the system I had. 
Included in the service contracts are an annual tune up so for about $25 more than what I have been quoted by others for the annual service you also get a year long service contract.
The last time they were out for a tune up the tech helped me out fixing another issue which was related to our system but from an incorrect installation at no charge. He noted it was not really a problem he just did not like the looks of how it was done and wanted to quickly fix it.
The company has fantastic customer service and will go well above and beyond your expectations.

All of my interactions with the company have had no issues. The few times I have contatcted them they have been very professional, courteous and responsive. When we signed up for automatic delivery they also included a free one year service plan which covered our inspection, cleaning and tuneup.

We have oil heating system in our garage for the apartment, and another heating system works for the main house. The charges what I have paid till date is their maintenance fees, and I pay them probably another $3000 for the fuel. I know that it's a family owned business because the guy who comes out, his dad was the person who actually installed the heating system in this house for the previous owner, so their initials are all over the maintenance logs and all the heaters while we moved in, so they have been servicing these heaters since 1986. We thought about just replacing the boilers, but they have been so well maintained that they have at least another five years in them. They have been in there for over twenty five years, so I think that says a lot about the type of care that they executed on the heaters. They are very responsive, and if I have ever had an issue, I have called the office, and I usually get a call back within 20 minutes or so from either the owner or his son named Kevin. I think we got something more than a fair price on the labor for installing the exhaust fan, so I have been very happy with them. They are essentially the only reason why we haven’t switched over to gas yet. We know that gas is more efficient, but there is a cost involved in that in having a gas company supply gas to our house and then getting rid of our oil tank and all that, but with the level of service that we have gotten from RER and the way they have been taking care of the systems, we are definitely going to stick with them for a while.
