"Hernandez tree service gave me a reasonable estimate, very fast service, listened to exactly what I needed, and very safely and professionally took down a very large (but dead) cottonwood tree. I would highly recommend this company to any homeowner needing tree service. My neighbor watched the process with me, and when the tree was down asked for an estimate on their very mature, and large, apple tree. When Hernandez completed my job, the crew went next door and trimmed the dead branches off my neighbor’s apple tree. Two quite satisfied customers!"

"I am pleased that they were quick to respond and quick to do the job. However the thing I asked them to focus on, they were unable to complete. He did not say they might or might not be able to do it when we agreed on a price. I wish he had called me when he ran into the problem to discuss the problem with me rather than just saying, "We're done." When I asked about not completing this task during the walk through he just said it was not possible to do with their equipment. But he didn't offer any break on our agreed upon price."
