Before he took one step into our house he started rolling and taping paper down on the hardwood floors. Carpets, walls and windows were all protected from the texturing spray. He closed up 4 receptical boxes in the drywall and re-textured. Russel and I exchanged text and photos, and he came to the house to confirm his understanding of the scope of the work. He installed furniture and carpet protection from the job site all the way to the door to ensure that he kept the hours clean. His demolition was fast and he let me inspect the are in the cavity before install the patch so I could quickly check for other plumbing issues.
