Denver Hardwood delivered our floor in a timely manner.  The man who brought the flooring in our house was respectful and prompt.

David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning.  When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback.  Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time.  Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled.

When we had questions, Adam was prompt in answering them.  I especially appreciate David, who was very responsive and friendly.  The rest of the team was a pleasure to work with.  The final product is amazing, and we are so happy to have beautiful hardwood floors.  I would definitely recommend Complete Flooring, and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future."

But they quickly came up with a solution, the dark stain completely covered the pet stains left by the previous owner. They finished up the floors in a timely manner and were very polite, and super clear about where my expectations should be because of the condition of my floors.
