Communication was a little rough with the field, but communication with the office was very responsive. Considering the extent of the work and the constraints within which they had to work, there was remarkably little collateral damage done. Unfortunately I was not able to witness the work before it was covered up and so I cannot comment on the quality of the installation, but can say that the company did a good job protecting the surrounding landscaped areas and seemed contentious and thoughtful in their approach to the work. "Had an emergency water pipe leak with water running into the basement where Groundworks had already installed a sump pump and drainage system. The pump clogged up with mud and wouldn’t work. Josh Moreno responded and worked so hard getting the system apart and cleaned out. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish until we got someone out to dig up the front yard and replace main water line. Josh was here first thing Monday morning and finished cleaning the system out, tested everything, and got everything working again. We are so thankful he responded to our home and took care of it. We thought we had a 9am appointment but found out we actually had a block between 9-11 when someone could show up. After we got past that, the work was priced well for what we needed and we're happy to have a new pipe."
