Alex was a one man very efficient guy. He gave me a quote on the phone and that is what I paid, nothing extra. His price was much lower than other companies. Since the water heater was only leaking slightly this was not a rush job but did offer me different days and times to work from. He explained what he had to do, besides new water tank, added an expansion tank and new turnoff values to the water heater and gas line. He placed tarps down. Alex said the replacement of the water heater would take 3 hours and he was in and out in that exact time. Alex cleaned up and then showed me how the heater settings worked and how to relight the furnace if needed. Highly recommend him and his service.

Our water heater went out on a Friday afternoon. We tried to reach a small independent plumber that did a good job for us some years back but we werenâ t able to get any response. Next we reached out to a company that did a small project for us a few months prior who responded rather quickly, came and gave us an estimate that seemed to be VERY HIGH. So we searched Nextdoor and online for recommendations - found Water Heater Experts and dove in a little deeper to see if the great reviews seemed legit, which they did. I contacted them Friday evening anticipating I would be lucky if I got a response Saturday. BUT shortly after I received a response from Alex. He was awesome right from the start, very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was great to deal directly with the pro - from estimate through completion. We were very pleasantly surprised that he said he could take on our project right away on Sunday. He communicated timing, showed up promptly, completed all the work professionally as estimated. No surprises. And in a very short time we were enjoying hot water once again!!! (Our project was replacement of a gas powered tank water heater) Based on our experience from start to finish - we would definitely recommend Alex and his company - Water Heater Experts for your water heater /plumbing needs.

The visit was more about diagnosis rather than actual work. I was worried that we had a break in a water line in a basement wall. WHE Plumbing visited and determined that it was more likely that the floor drain in the laundry room (also in the basement, and adjacent to the wet wall) was overflowing. The team was very clear in explaining why they made the diagnosis they did (which with later testing proved to be correct). They were extremely professional and courteous.

This was the VERY BEST experience doing a home project that Iâ ve ever had. The technician was polite, respectful and patient even when I changed my mind and he had to go get a different model. He spread tarps all the way from the doorway through the kitchen, down the stairs, through the basement to the water heater. He drained the old one out the egress window instead of back around the basement to the bathroom! He cleaned up completely when he was done. The new water is awesome! I recommend this company with complete confidence and enthusiasm.

Hired them to install a hot water circulation pump. I received a $1395 bid from a competitor which I immediately turned down and had to pay $49 for that bid. I called Water Heater Experts and they quoted me $600. On the day of the job the pump that I had ordered was not available so I had to pay an extra $100 for a upgraded pump. The technician was on time the communication was perfect the job was completed in less than an hour for the exact amount they quoted and they even threw in a 10% discount. All in all this company was friendly efficient affordable and I appreciate their service.

Came out with in a few hours to fix my problem.

Everyone I interacted with was so polite. They were on time and very easy to work with. Immediately after the work was completed they emailed an invoice with an option to pay online. Their price was much lower than other companies I got quotes from, and their work included a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Will definitely use again
