- 3 Day Blinds DenverI bought a Groupon to finally get a shade for my kitchen window. I called to make an appointment and they were able to accommodate my schedule. I didn't have to wait at all for an appointment. The phone operator said the designer would call the night before to confirm,but since it would have been a Sunday night I didn't expect it. The designer did not call first on Monday morning, but arrived right on time - exactly at the beginning of the two-hour window. The designer was very attentive, understood what I was going for and we found the ideal shade. I also ordered shades for the bedroom, which bumped up the total price considerably but I knew I should do it while I had the chance.There were some minor communication problems while putting together the estimate. Designer's computer had crashed so he wasn't able to produce an estimate right away. Between emails and phone calls we got it worked out in a couple of days and the order was placed. The designer gave an over-optimistic estimate on the turn-around time and then disappeared. I never heard from the designer again. I suppose his job was done. I expected to hear back from the installer sooner than I did, and I never heard back from anyone about why there was a delay. In hindsight, it really didn't take long at all, about a week and a half, but my expectations were set too high. Once the blinds were ready, the appointment was made very quickly and installer arrived a few minutes early. (!) The shades were installed quickly and efficiently. No mess left behind. I'm very happy with how they turned out

"Karen's workers were very professional and, most importantly, dedicated to getting the awning securely hung. They encountered problems due to our home's construction at the install location, but thought through to a workable solution that included ripping out soffit, shoring up the supports where the awning would be secured, replacing with new soffit that they primed and finished. In addition, they thoroughly cleaned up the work are when they were finished with the job. Here's what was so impressive to us: this was projected and priced as a 3-hour job. Because of the difficulties they encountered (beyond their control), it ended up taking the two installers, Nick and Breck, 8 hours each, as well as the purchase of the materials needed to secure the awning. "Our old 1890's house had some original wood windows in very bad shape. Nick at 5 seasons windows was great to work with, and was able to get the ball rolling with some basic phone pictures and general measurements. 5 seasons came out and custom measured and did a great job installing 5 fiberglass windows that work great and should last another 130 years. We did have one item to resolve when one of the window tints didn't match, but Nick was very responsive and helped us get it replaced in a timely manner. Overall a great experience, and we will definitely work with them again and am hoping they can help us with window/door replacement on another property as well.

"New Windows installed windows and a patio door for us about 10 yrs. ago and we have been very pleased with their quality. We have never had to call them for any repair work until a few days ago when something got stuck under the patio door that made a rather annoying crunching sound whenever it was opened. Garrett came out today and spent well over an hour cleaning the track and under the door and didn't leave until the entire unit was in perfect condition. He was very personable and highly professional.
