Professional polite pinctual

This company is a scam. They put down traps but they have not caught any mice. We have caught seven after we put our traps out. Difficult to reach anyone even to complain. Apparently, we will have to pay $500 to cancel this untrustworthy and worthless service.

Absolutely a scam. They will send you a video that says the second appt is the most important then only spray inside and call it a day. No spraying outside nothing. And do not even think about trying to reschedule an appt you never booked in the first place because they wont let you. They set up the appt on thier schedule and do not inform you. This is a total rip off.

The technician was excellent. He did everything, explained everything and was kind and courteous.

Aden was the best employee I’ve had from Edge. I will request him always. He took his time and found things others didn’t. Kudos to him so polite.

I just think they lock you into a plan, like all the other pest companies, with a "discount" for 2 years... but they came quickly and dealt with the wasp problem.
