Timio does quality, careful work. He always ran late from what he'd say, and asked for more payment at the end though he knew the scope of the job, and left some minor things undone for lack of reading all the instructions that came with one of the doors, but overall, it was quality work.

Pleased overall especially the one-day notice. But seemed a bit pricey for the time spent.

Timo was so polite and listened to my needs. He explained what he would need to do to get the results I was looking for. I would absolutely use him again if I have any other needs in the future.

I hired Timios Handyman to install a Fire Door. I had to pay him half down and now he will not return calls. I asked for my money back if he would not do the work and have not heard a word.

Took Half Down for Materials, then no contact back. Then said it would cost more money. Then after trying to cancel the door, and get a return of funds, no call, will not answer calls. What a scammer. Do Not Use This so Called Contractor. Stolid $, and No Work Done.

Timio was very professional and responded to me in a timely manner. He showed me the issues and explained everything he was doing. Very very nice and he does a fantastic job!!! I will be calling him for everything I need done around here!

LEFT GAS LEAKING, NEVER finished job but took our money - full payment for him to leave us hanging, OVERCHARGED us and STOLE our new furnace thermostat, was repeatedly LATE. LIED about ordering replacement parts to fix the gas leak. Completely unprofessional, does not know what he is doing, complete WASTE of time and money. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT HIRE TIMIO!

I am an engineer that has worked with Timio on egress window installations. I have always appreciated his attention to detail and responsiveness, and would definitely recommend him for an egress window project or anything else.

Timio is courteous and hardworking. He completed many small projects, one larger project and some painting for me. I have had many contractors I would not want to use again. I would call Timio for future projects.

He came estimated project and was hired. He and his son did an excellant job clearing snow. He will be doing snow removal rest of winter.

I canâ t recommend Timio highly enough! We got a call from a tenant on the first snow day. The heat wasnâ t working. We logged onto Homeadvisor, entered our info, and 3 pros came up. I clicked to request a quote, and Timio called us immediately. He said he could be there in an hour. We gave him the tenantâ s number, and they worked it out. Timio checked out and diagnosed the problem, went to get a part, then came back to replace the part. In doing so, he discovered a bigger issue. He called us immediately, then went out of his way to get more parts and stay as late as he needed to get the heat fixed and running. We will be calling Timio for future work!
