"I had a big slab installed and it was done timely, but the quality was not great. instead of installing multiple guides to ensure a good, flat slab, they just installed around the edges. The result is a slab that is not perfectly flat. in addition, they were short on concrete by a little so they spread it more than they should have towards the end. The owner said he would stop by to look at it and he never did. I did not follow up with him again when he did not come, so if I had I am guessing he would have come. At the beginning he said their price is their price and there is not a budget option so based on this I expect I received the best quality they are capable of, and it is not perfect. The yard looks better than it used to but in hindsight I might have gone with a cheaper option for the quality of the job."
