"We worked with Dorel completely remotely, and the process went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent. He completed the measurements, provided an accurate estimate, explained the materials needed, and the scheduling worked out without any issues. Once the installation began, he shared daily updates, which made it easy for us to follow the progress even though we weren?t on site. The installation was done with solid attention to detail. The flooring is clean and precise throughout the rooms, the transitions to tile and carpet are handled well, and the stair work looks smooth and properly aligned. The overall cleanup was also done well. We?re very satisfied with how everything turned out and would recommend Dorel for flooring installation projects."

"yes, entire house was completely tiled and done professionally for a very reasonable price. used different patterns in bath, kitchen and bedrooms and a great transitional tile matched too. as a contractor does other work too and helped me out a lot. cleaned and disposed of demolition garbage too. Highly recommend. "

"This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "
