"Matt and crew were always timely and extremely polite. They had to do more then originally planned to find the leak source (flashing error by builder at 2nd story subfloor). They did an outstanding job overall. "Excellent experience from start to finish! We had all our old, and single-pane windows (about 23) and doors (3) replaced at our house. We first met Mark, who came to our house; he thoroughly reviewed our windows and answered our questions without pushing us to sign anything. We met with the owner Jared before we decided to move forward. The communication with the office was excellent. The lead time was ultimately longer than initially planned (but this was expected given the state of the supply chain in 2022). The installation was fantastic. Lalo and his team came for about four days to our house and did an extraordinary job. Lalo explained everything we needed to know about the process to accommodate our working-from-home schedule and our two indoor cats. The resulting work is phenomenal, and the difference in the house is very noticeable between our old and new windows. Overall I would highly recommend Approved Contractor! show more
