On the day of the job the workers were prompt, very organized, and everyone worked non-stop until the work was completed. Mr. Willie Torres, lead foreman and everyone on his work crew, from Southland Heating and Air Conditioning performed high quality work, were very efficient, and installed everything in much less than eight hours.  Considering the amount of work that needed to be done, I was very impressed.

"Joe was terrific. I called several companies and he had the best deal in town in that he did not try and sell me a bunch of stuff, but instead offered to service my HVAC and come back in 6 months for one low price. He also installed 2 new smart thermostats for me. He called me right back. Scheduled an appointment right away and showed up on time. "Not only did the technician find what was wrong, he told me that the unit was in really good shape (after he got it running) and that it was good to go for many more years.  That's honesty for ya!  I know that IWAI is a little far from the westside of LA but I called Craig anyway because of the great job he did for another one of my clients.   The tech got out there within 48 hours and made some minor repairs to a unit that I was told would possibly need replacing.  My clients were thrilled at the low cost of the inspection and that it only needed a couple of parts to get it running like new.  They ended up buying the condo and are extremely happy.  But wait, there's more!  
(Second Job) I met Craig in January of 2015 when he came out to look at a heating problem in one of my client's apartment complexes in Beverly Hills.  This was an old building (1947) that had 3 gravity furnaces underneath the property.  All 3 were original and failing.  I got three bids to have them removed and replaced with new units.  One bid was just over $18,000, the other just over $16,000. Mind you, this was to remove three gravity furnaces, replace them with new gas furnaces, including some duct work, as well as do a complete new installation in the attic of the top floor unit.  IWAI's price came in approx. $8,000 cheaper than the highest bid!!! $8,000!!!!  I was skeptical at first.  I mean who wouldn't be?  An $8,000 difference?  But I discussed it with my client and we went with IWAI Heating and Cooling.  Not only did Craig do what he said he was going to do, but he started on the day he promised, and he finished on time as well!!!  The tenants had only nice things to say about he and his crew and no one was inconvenienced but for a couple of hours when an air return had to be installed in one of the lower units.  The job couldn't have gone any better and the price was outrageously inexpensive for the work that was performed.  My client was thrilled and so were her tenants, especially now that they had heat.  Thanks to Craig and his crew for taking care of this job with the upmost professionalism.  If you need anything regarding HVAC, call IWAI heating and cooling.  Have them come out and give you a quote; you'll be glad you did!!!

"I had actually thought that I lost the $69 certificate for my Dryer Vent Cleaning, so I thought I was out the money. I found it the day before it expired. I called the off ice and the lady said that they would have still honored it, which was nice.  When the person got to my home (I can't remember his name) he was VERY polite did his work without asking for any extra "upgrades" and even helped in moving the washer too so we could mop the entire area. Then he moved bothe the washer & Dryer back and even lined them up, which the original installers couldn't do. I know they also do A/C vent cleaning, and I will call them when I need the work done. FANTASTIC SERVICE
