"Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. I waited for a human to leave a message instead of automated systems, which was Paul at Complete Plumbing located in Claremont. Same day replacement, haul away, and install of a 40 Gal. Bradford White was $1595 (2 year labor water, 6 year manufacturer warranty). Michael did the installation and had a delay from the first job, but Paul kept updating status and the install time wasn't much later than the original estimate. Michael answered all my questions and concerns."
