We have had a Rheem water heater for the past 22 years and wanted to replace it with the same brand. We did purchase another similar Rheem water heater from Home Depot. Alex offered to pick it up from there, deliver it, and install it. So the next day we met him at Home Depot. He went to inspect the new Rheem water heater and noticed it was missing some parts and that it had an electric starter. Alex and his crew drained plus removed my old leaking Rheem water heater and installed the new one in no time. He also placed a drip pan and new flex hoses for the water in/out. They were very aware of cleaning up afterward, which most repair people do not. Alex is super nice, informative, personable, and trustworthy. He did not up-sell anything that was not necessary to have like most other plumbers will do. He quoted us a very-very fair price for the work done.
