James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. We had an unfortunate misunderstanding regarding installation of a tankless water heater. The install location was disappointing and not what I thought I agreed to. Despite that, he was professional and also had to deal with a challenging install with a Halo filtration system he recommended. I would still work with him again in the future."
