It’s hard to find trustworthy tradespeople these days, but STS really impressed me. We called them for a clogged drain, and instead of charging for an unnecessary replacement, they fixed it with a simple cleaning. The plumber, Michael, was friendly and explained what he was doing the whole time. Honest service like this deserves recognition.

STS was amazing from the very start. I called looking for someone to help my mom with her water heater bc she said it was being “difficult.” They had their tech show up on time at the beginning of the time range and quickly diagnosed the issue. They took their time to show and explain the problems not only to my mom but to me as well via FaceTime. The price range was very fair for both the replacement water heater and labor.
